大勛，本科畢業於上海戲劇學院表演系，研究生畢業於英國皇傢戲劇學院（RADA），自編自導英國舞臺上第一部華人酷兒音樂劇綻放（你解救瞭我）,在倫敦西區大獲成功後，第一次來到愛丁堡Fringe連續演出24場次。給西方觀眾帶來瞭具有東方美感的音樂劇體驗。

Daxun, graduated from the acting department of the Shanghai Theatre Academy and the Royal Academy of Drama, wrote and directed Blossoming(you undo me), the first Chinese queer musical on the British stage, which came to Edinburgh Fringe for the first time after its success in London's West End, and performed 24 consecutive performances. It brings a musical theater experience with oriental beauty to Western audiences.

Radzi Chinyanganya  is one of Britain’s most talented and experienced television presenters having started out his presenting career on the BBC’s landmark children’s show, Blue Peter. He has since gone on to be a regular face on our screens, presenting shows for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky, Eurosport, Discovery + etc. Especially known for hosting sports events, in 2022, Radzi was invited to host the event program of the Beijing Winter Olympics. In addition, Radzi is also an actor, known for his roles in films such as "Kung Fu Panda 3". 拉茲·欽揚甘亞 是英國最具才華和經驗的電視節目主持人之一，他的節目生涯始於一檔名為《藍彼得》的節目，這是BBC一檔具有裡程碑意義的兒童節目。從那以後，他就經常出現在屏幕上，為BBC、ITV、Channel 4、Sky、Eurosport、Discovery +等電視臺主持節目；尤以體育主持聞名。2022年，拉茲受邀主持北京冬奧會賽事節目。除瞭在主持界廣受歡迎，拉茲還是一名演員，因參演功夫熊貓3（2016）等影片而知名。 總第一百六十七期：一箭雙雕 Two hawks with One Arrow

 “一箭雙雕”中的“雕”指的是一種兇猛的鳥。南北朝時，北周有個叫長孫晟的武將。聰明好學，武功高強，十八般兵器樣樣精通，特別是箭術更是無人能及。

有一天，長孫晟和朋友一起去打獵。突然，看見天上有兩隻大雕正為爭搶食物打作一團，朋友於是遞給他兩支箭說到：“你能用這兩支箭分別把兩隻雕都射下來嗎？”

長孫晟回答說：“我隻需一支就夠瞭。”話音剛落，隻見他張弓搭箭，一箭射過去，兩隻雕便串在一起落瞭下來。

一箭雙雕，比喻做一件事同時達到兩個目的，同義詞還有一舉兩得、一石二鳥等。

In the period of the Northern and Southern Dynasties (nán běi cháo 420-589AD) there was an expert archer named Zhangsun Cheng (Zhǎng sūn shèng). One day he went hunting together with a friend. Suddenly they saw two vultures fighting for a piece of meat high in the air.

 His friend handed him two arrows, and said: “Can you shoot down both vultures?”Zhangsun Cheng killed both vultures with only one arrow.

 This recorded episode became known as Two hawks with one arrow, similar to the statement getting two birds with one stone.

 The expression is said of getting two separate results in one go and is a compliment of one’s outstanding achievement of succeeding in several tasks simultaneously with sill and talent. It is the expression for achieve a dual purpose.
