嘉賓介紹

林賽·傑克遜， 愛丁堡邊緣藝術節副總裁，藝穗節協會副總監。其職業生涯大部分時間都從事藝術行政及制作工作。與此同時，她也為新創作劇本和場域特定劇進行業務管理和商務拓展。林賽在公司經營、業務發展、行政治理、戰略規劃、項目籌款和財務管理等方面擁有豐富的經驗，並對現場演出情有獨鐘。 Lyndsey Jackson,  Deputy Chief Executive at Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society, Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society. She has worked in arts administration and production for most of her career. The business management and development aspects, have been alongside production of new writing and site specific theatre work. She has a wealth of experience in Governance, Business Development, Administration, Strategic Planning, Fundraising and Financial Management, as well as a passion for live performance.

The Frogs & the OX

歡迎收聽英國河北微電臺，伊索寓言talk show節目，我是宇瑛。今天我給大傢講的伊索寓言故事是：青蛙和牛。

一頭牛來到一個長滿蘆葦的水池邊喝水。當他重重地濺到水裡時，把一隻小青蛙壓到瞭泥裡。

不久，老青蛙就懷念起這隻小青蛙，並問他的兄弟姐妹們他現在怎麼樣瞭。

"一個巨大的怪物，"其中一個說，"用他的一隻大腳踩住瞭小青蛙！"

"他很大，是嗎？"老青蛙說著，把自己吹脹起來。"他和我現在一樣大嗎？"

"哦，大得多！"他們喊道。

老青蛙把自己吹得更脹，說："他不可能比這個大。”

但是，小青蛙們都說：這個怪物要大得多，大得多。

老青蛙隻好不斷地把自己吹得越來越大，直到一下子，她爆瞭。

這個寓言故事告訴我們，不要嘗試不可能的事情。

Hello everyone, this is UK Hebei we radio, the fables talk show. I am Lindsay Jackson.  The name of the story I will tell you today is: The Frogs & the Ox.

An Ox came down to a reedy pool to drink. As he splashed heavily into the water, he crushed a young Frog into the mud.

The old Frog soon missed the little one and asked his brothers and sisters what had become of him.

"A great big monster," said one of them, "stepped on little brother with one of his huge feet!"

"Big, was he!" said the old Frog, puffing herself up. "Was he as big as this?"

"Oh, much bigger!" they cried.

The Frog puffed up still more.

"He could not have been bigger than this," she said. But the little Frogs all declared that the monster was much, much bigger and the old Frog kept puffing herself out more and more until, all at once, she burst.

Do not attempt the impossible.
