虽说辣是好东西,但凡事都要有度。当辣度明显超出身体的承受能力时,身体会通过剧烈腹泻、呕吐把辣椒素尽快排出,剧烈腹泻呕吐的动作就会带来实质伤害,不再是单纯痛感了。

吃辣要量力而行,听从身体的声音。
